Conference Questions

  • Register 3 or more team members at the same time and you will automatically get the team discounted rate.

  • Your Leadership Lab ticket includes events that take place Friday during the day. Your snacks and an amazing lunch is also included with this ticket.

  • The Leadership Lab takes place during the day on Friday, March 7. It is designed for pastors and leaders who want the opportunity to dig a little deeper into the topics being offered.  Each Leadership Lab runs a half day in length.  Attendees choose to attend one out of the two labs being offered in the morning. Then, you choose between one of the two labs being offered in the afternoon. Click here for further information. Please note, you will need a Leadership Lab ticket to attend this part of the conference.

  • Your Main Conference ticket includes the three main stage sessions as well as the breakout sessions. Your ticket also includes snacks and lunch.

  • Our keynote speaker will be presenting three times on the Main Stage. The first takes place in the evening on Friday, March 7 at 7:00 p.m. (doors open at 6:00 p.m.). The other two sessions take place Saturday, March 8 in the morning and again in the afternoon, in between the breakout sessions. Please note, this is included in your Main Conference ticket.

  • These sessions take place throughout the day on Saturday, March 8 and are one hour in length. The breakout sessions have been carefully thought of and provide fantastic information on a variety of topics. There really is something for everyone! Each breakout is full of helpful and relevant information.  At AKC 2025, you will have 15 breakouts to choose from. Click here for further information. Please note, this is included in your Main Conference ticket.

  • You will need to purchase a Leadership Lab ticket and a Main Conference ticket to enjoy the entire AKC25 conference. This would then include the Leadership Lab during the day on Friday, Main Session #1 Friday evening, Main Session #2 and #3 on Saturday and all of the breakout options.

  • Depending on what your schedule allows, you can purchase either a Leadership Lab ticket and come Friday during the day. Or, you can purchase the Main Conference ticket and come Friday evening and Saturday daytime.

  • Leadership Labs: Friday, March 7

    Doors open at 8:30 a.m.
    Sessions run 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

    First Main Session: Friday, March 7

    Doors open at 6:00 p.m.
    Session runs 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

    Second and third Main Sessions and Breakout sessions: Saturday, March 8

    Doors open at 8:00 a.m.
    Main sessions and break outs run 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

    Public Service Announcement: The Spring time change is the same weekend as our conference but it doesn’t affect us. Our conference is Friday and Saturday. Time changes early Sunday morning. Just remember to spring forward by changing your clocks after the conference!

    • Help us and the environment with a reusable water bottle and/or hot beverage container.

    • We’ve got a handbook ready for you at the conference, but, if you’re a real note taker it might be wise to bring along an additional one. Aaaaand a pen, or two. There’s a lot of great info coming your way.

    • Also, there is an opportunity to purchase items at our resource area. Please, credit cards only as we will not be carrying cash and will be unable to do cash transactions.

  • We’ve got you covered! Your ticket includes lunch, snacks, coffee and tea. If you have dietary restrictions be sure to indicate your preference for gluten free or vegetarian options when you register for the conference.  We will do our best to accommodate you.

Ticket Information

  • You will receive an email (and reminders) with all the necessary information. Through this communication, you will be emailed your ticket with access information.

  • One person can register for the people on their team. All you need to do is include each individual email address so that their ticket goes directly to them. 

  • No refunds are available. If you are unable to attend, please consider giving your in-person ticket to another person.

  • Awesome Kid Min conference is intended for all those who work in any capacity with children and their faith. Whether you are a children’s pastor, director, KidMin veteran, teacher, volunteer or parent, there is something for everyone here!

  • Early Bird rates end on January 31 (11:59 p.m.)

  • Please register here by Saturday, March 1 (11:59 p.m.). We will not be able to process tickets after this date. Please note, there will not be tickets available at the door.

  • No. You can choose the day of. But, we encourage you to read up on the options here so that you have a good idea on how to map out your day. If coming with a team, it might be an idea to ‘divide and conquer’ as well. We’ve got a lot of great info for you!
